Note: DOC BEA employees will need to update GovTA to correct any information that is not correct. Please give them the SR below.
Below are the steps to update your email address in GovTA. If you are not able to access your GovTA, please confirm this information is accurate with your Timekeeper.
Steps to update your email address in GovTA:
1. Login to GovTA: https://docgovta.commerce.gov/govta
2. Click "Settings" on the employee menu.
3. Scroll down to "Email Address" and enter your trade.gov e-mail address.
4. Click Save.
Kindly note that any changes made to GovTA may take 2-4 weeks to be reflected in your CLC account.
