I am sorry, but DOC administrators have advised that if the blue button to the right of the course title is labeled "inactive", that course can no longer be accessed by users for completion. If you encounter any Skillsoft courses that show as active but redirect you to an inactive page, we will be happy to notify the administrators as this course will need to be removed.
